Kerja Sepenuh Masa Sales Coordinator, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di Nippon Pigment (M) Selangor - Maukerja

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process customer Sales Orders (SO) accurately and promptly in the ERP system.
• Verify customer purchase orders against pricing, delivery schedules, product specifications, and order quantities.
• Monitor order status from order confirmation through delivery and invoicing.
• Update customers on delivery schedules, shipment status, and any changes affecting their orders.
• Maintain accurate sales order records and supporting documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with Sales Department and transporters to schedule and arrange shipment to meet shipment date;
• Responsible in planning and monitoring to ensure timely departure and arrival of shipment;
• To arrange/ booking of container and related shipping document;
• To arrange/ booking of local transport shipment and related shipping document;
• To prepare documentation for Customs;
• To perform any other duties as required by Management.
• Prepare and submit accurate declarations (K2/K9). Manage the LMW inventory records, ensuring that physical stock and documentation are 100% accurate for annual Customs audits.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIANCES

• Diploma or Degree related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Order Processing/Supply Chain in manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of LMW operations and able to prepare and submit declaration (K2/K9)
• Familiar with Malaysian customs laws and regulations and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
