Kerja Sepenuh Masa Bedboard Coordinator, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di Thomson Hospitals (Kota Damansara) Selangor - Maukerja

1. Report to work station according to schedule (15 minutes early) with high standards of personal appearance and hygiene with clean dress and name tag. Maintain a high standard of hygiene and sanitation throughout all service areas.

2. To coordinate and perform bed assignments for Admissions & Discharge (ADT), A&E Patient Administrative Services counters and Nursing units to ensure smooth admission and discharge process at the time of request, given patient needs staffing resources level of care requirement, infection control principles and through put goals.

3. To effectively coordinate and communicate with nursing unit in order to determine status of pending discharges, transfers and bed availability and plan bed assignments accordingly.

4. To update the bed status daily in the morning via email to designated list of recipients and proactively manages hospital bed capacity and ensures timely turnaround of beds.

5. Ensure proper and efficient handover of cases pending for Initial Guarantee Letter (including reply to deferment notice), beds, etc., to team members to follow up with.

6. Prepare data report for presentation related to admission and discharge during ADT task force presentation.

7. Participate in all staff activities, training and meetings as directed by Department Manager/HOD or Division Head.

8. Perform any duties that may be requested by the management/superior and as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,350.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
