Role Description The Senior Accounts Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Desa Pandan. This position is responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting activities, including accounts receivable and payable, general ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, and preparation of monthly financial reports. The role involves monitoring cash flow, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies. The Senior Accounts Executive will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, support audits, and identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls. This role also includes reviewing junior accounting work, providing guidance, and contributing to accurate and timely financial decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including experience with general ledger management, accounts receivable and payable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Candidates should possess financial reporting and analysis skills, including preparing management reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and monitoring cash flow.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software and office productivity tools, with the ability to work accurately with spreadsheets and financial systems.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements applicable to corporate environments.
  • Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are an advantage.
  • Relevant experience in a senior or supervisory accounting role and familiarity with manufacturing, retail, or sports-related products will be beneficial.
