About The Role
As part of our fractional HR advisory work in OPT, we’re currently supporting one of our major clients on a few strategic people initiatives, one of them being hiring a Talent Specialist to join the team and collaborate with us in delivering critical Talent Priorities for this client.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently manage hiring priorities, partner confidently with stakeholders, and contribute beyond recruitment into employer branding, talent management, employee experience, and culture-building initiatives.
As the organisation continues to grow its team, retail footprint, and business operations, this role will play a key part in attracting great talent, strengthening employer branding, supporting talent management, and building a culture where people can thrive.
Why This Role Matters

This role is more than recruitment. You will help shape how candidates experience the organisation before they join, how employees feel once they are part of the team, and how talent continues to grow as the business scales.
You will be one of the ambassadors of the organisation, representing its people, values, and culture both internally and externally, while helping build the people and talent foundations needed for sustainable growth.
