Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Senior Quantity Surveyor di Hextar Mitai (FKA Mitaicorp Engineering) Selangor - Maukerja

·       Overall QS operation of project assigned (take off quantities, preparation of BQ, selection of materials, tendering & costs analysis, certifications, V.O & final account).

·       Quantity taking off and preparation of delivery schedule for materials requisition

·       Measure and value the work done on site

·       Monitor amendment or any changes to the scope of works, condition of contract, variation orders and extension of time

·       Collaborate with client, consultant, suppliers, and sub-contractors.

·       Timely prepare the Site Valuation Report or Project Updates and follow up on work progress.

·       Any other responsibilities assigned by Management

·       Candidate must possess at least Degree in Quantity Surveyor.

·      Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar field

·       Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

·       Good communication and analytical skills.

·       Proactive self-starter with an analytical mind and problem-solving skills.

·       Able to liaise with all levels of peoples.

·       Able to work under pressure and meet the tight deadlines

·       Basic knowledge of ISO 9001

·       Possess leadership and management skills

·       Possess interpersonal skills

·       Enthusiastic, hardworking, result oriented and self-motivated
