We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Analyst to accurately input, verify, and maintain company data across various databases and systems. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. This role plays an important part in ensuring data integrity and supporting business operations.

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
• Verify and review data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors.
• Organize, sort, and maintain digital records and documentation.
• Generate routine reports and summaries based on collected data.
• Perform data validation and quality assurance checks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to obtain and update required information.
• Ensure confidential information is handled securely and in compliance with company policies.
• Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
• Continuously improve data management processes and efficiency.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in data entry, administration, or a similar role is an advantage (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with databases and data management systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience with ERP, CRM, or database management systems.
• Knowledge of data quality control and validation techniques.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
