What The Role Is

You drive the end-to-end development of Our Army Arena, an experiential centre that serves as a one-stop family-friendly destination can explore the life, values, and training of Singapore Army National Servicemen through interactive visits and immersive experiences.

What You Will Be Working On

• Lead the strategic planning and execution to transform Singapore Discovery Centre into Our Army Arena
• Drive feasibility studies, design and build phases, and oversee the launch and operationalisation of the facility
• Translate MINDEF/SAF leadership's intent into actionable operational workstreams and delivery mechanisms
• Oversee budget management and project delivery within projected costs and timelines
• Manage complex procurement processes and infrastructure-related workstreams
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure seamless integration of all project components
• Establish robust project governance frameworks and monitoring systems to track progress and outcomes

• Effectively translating intent into operational workstreams and putting in place the necessary mechanisms to deliver the desired outcomes
• Managing diverse stakeholders' interests and expectations while reconciling competing demands to meet project schedules within projected costs
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Education in Business, Management, Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or related disciplines
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, procurement processes, and complex stakeholder environments
• Proven track record in project management methodologies and frameworks
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
