Position Summary
Join our HR team and gain practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and HR projects. This internship provides valuable exposure to a dynamic business environment and an opportunity to learn from experienced HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Learn and participate in employee lifecycle activities, such as onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation management.
• Experience the planning and execution of employee engagement, wellness, and learning initiatives within the organization.
• Develop analytical skills through HR reporting, workforce data analysis, and participation in HR projects.
• Build practical HR knowledge by collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to HR initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/ Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
• Available for at least 3 months.
