We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead procurement operations and ensure efficient, cost-effective, and reliable supply management across all outlets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end purchasing activities for multiple restaurant outlets
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and maintain quality standards
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment to support daily operations
• Review purchasing trends and identify opportunities for cost optimisation
• Work closely with Operations, Kitchen, and Finance teams on procurement requirements
• Ensure purchasing processes comply with company policies and procedures
• Resolve supplier and supply-related issues proactively
• Maintain proper purchasing records and documentation

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of purchasing/procurement experience
• Experience in F&B, restaurant, hospitality, or related industries is highly preferred
• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of cost control, inventory management, and procurement processes
• Able to work independently and make sound purchasing decisions
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
