Role Overview

As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role in delivering a seamless guest experience. We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented individual who can manage daily operations with integrity and professional flair.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Services: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while providing a warm and professional welcome.
• Reservation Management: Manage room bookings via walk-ins, phone calls, and online platforms (OTAs).
• Financial Integrity: Ensure all daily cashiering is accurate and tallies perfectly with financial reports at the end of each shift.
• SOP Compliance: Strictly adhere to the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for front office operations and safety.
• Operational Coordination: Work closely with the Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and resolve guest issues promptly.
• Quality Control: Assist in periodic QC checks of the lobby and public areas to maintain the hotel’s presentation standards.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate daily sales and occupancy reports to Management.

Requirements

• Communication: Fluent in [English/Bahasa Malaysia] to assist a diverse range of guests.
• Skills: Basic computer literacy; experience with Hotel Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
• Attitude: Proactive, honest, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work on a shift rotation (Day / Overnight), including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
