Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. IT Support

• Provide first-level technical support for end-user devices, peripherals, business applications, Microsoft 365, Gmail, and other company software.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, user accounts, and business applications.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, internet connectivity, and network printers) and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Manage IT assets, software licensing compliance, preventive maintenance, and inventory records.
• Record, track, and resolve support requests through the IT Service Management (ITSM) platform while meeting agreed service levels.
• Ensure subscription-based software and applications remain active and operational, and provide after-hours support when required.
• Perform additional duties assigned by Management or the immediate superior.

2. Xilnex & Retail Systems Support

• Prepare, configure, maintain, and support Point-of-Sale (POS) systems for retail stores, roadshows, exhibitions, and corporate events.
• Install, configure, and support IT infrastructure for new store openings.
• Manage POS hardware inventory and ensure equipment readiness for retail operations and events.
• Provide on-site IT support to ensure smooth and uninterrupted retail and event operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems, desktop hardware, printers, and basic networking.
• Experience with Xilnex POS systems will be an added advantage.
