Job Description

• Handle full set of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and statements of account.
• Process supplier invoices and prepare payment vouchers.
• Monitor customer collections and follow up on overdue payments.
• Perform customer and supplier account reconciliations.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations.
• Manage petty cash and staff claims.
• Record daily accounting transactions using SQL.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports.
• Prepare and maintain SST documentation and assist with SST submission.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company financial requirements.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and proper filing of financial documents.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, banks, auditors, and government authorities on accounting matters.
• Monitor company cash flow and maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
• Organize and maintain confidential company documents and records.
• Manage office administration, office supplies, and general administrative duties.
• Support fuel and toll monitoring and report preparation.
• Assist with any ad-hoc accounting, finance, and administrative duties assigned by Management.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior specializing in Accounting or equivalent.
• Must have knowledge in SQL accounting system and data entry.
• Strong knowledge with Microsoft Software packages, mainly Word & Excel.
• Able to work independently.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa MalaysiaJob Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
