About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our sales team at our Puchong, Selangor office. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in sales. As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through direct engagement with prospects and customers in the field. This role is strategically important to our organisation as it directly contributes to our market expansion and business development objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Conduct customer visits and product presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and follow up on customer enquiries.
• Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, customer needs, and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using CRM systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely order fulfilment.
• Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and other business development activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outdoor sales or field sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Valid driving licence and own transportation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and occasionally work outside normal office hours when required.
• Knowledge of industrial products or related industries is an added advantage.
