Production Clerk InternJob Summary

The Production Clerk Intern will support the Production team in daily administrative and coordination tasks. This internship provides hands-on exposure to production planning, documentation, inventory coordination, and manufacturing operations. The intern will assist in maintaining accurate records, preparing production documents, and supporting the team to ensure smooth production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Administrative Support

• Assist in preparing packing lists for shipments.
• Support the recording and verification of packing dimensions and weights.
• Assist in creating and printing item labels, packaging labels, and shipping marks.
• Organize and maintain production documents and filing systems.

Order & Delivery Support

• Support the maintenance of delivery schedules and delivery tracking lists.
• Update delivery status in Excel spreadsheets and internal tracking systems.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure delivery information is up to date.

Production Planning Support

• Assist in updating production schedules and monitoring job progress.
• Help prepare and distribute job traveler documents.
• Assist in maintaining project tracking records and job closure documentation.

General Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Production department.
• Assist with data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by the Production Supervisor or Manager.
• Learn and follow company safety procedures, production standards, and quality requirements.

Pay: From RM1,000.00 per month
