Position Title: Sales Executive (Logistics & Relocation Services)

Department: Sales Department

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities in relocation, moving, freight forwarding, and logistics services for B2B and B2C.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand customer needs.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders to prospective clients.
• Negotiate pricing, service terms, and contracts to secure new business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery according to client requirements.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategy.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company’s services.
• Maintain accurate sales records, client database, and activity reports for management review.

Provide after-sales support and resolve client issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
