Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Support the creation of a weekly common area and in store display in accordance with VM Guidelines
• Train and develop the store team in visual merchandising techniques
• Regular communication with respective Visual Merchandiser
• To conduct work in highly professional manner, leading by example all the times
• To conduct the job in safe and responsible manner
• Promote and maintain a high standard of hygiene, cleanliness, and maintenance in accordance with company policies
• Conduct store visit reports and submit them to the respective Visual Merchandiser and Store PIC (Store manager)
• Ensure that the weekly VM pack has been executed and that all points outlined within it have been achieved in the designated stores
• Conduct weekly floor walks of your stores,ensuring that any necessary points needing attention are identified, raised, and promptly addressed
• Analyse figures to support decision-making regarding product placement and floor layout adjustments
• Occasionally partner with visual merchandising support for seasonal showrooms installations and special events
• Assist in seasonal trend analysis and research for inspiration
• Assist in the launch of key seasonal initiatives in specific flagship stores
• Support the new store opening setup

Requirements:

• Previous experience in visual merchandising and retail management is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• This position may require standing for extended periods and moving merchandise and fixtures as needed
• Ability to travel to different store locations as required

Experience:

• Fashion Apparel Retail: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
