Group Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Brand Identity: Develop unique tone and style for each of our three brands.
• Brand Ownership: Make sure events, ideas, and collateral are on-brand.
• Teamwork: Lead a small team, and work with floor, bar and kitchen teams.
• Campaign Management: Own the marketing calendar and execute revenue-driving campaigns across our four venues.
• Market Research: Identify business opportunities and take inspiration from across the globe to enhance the Loco experience.
• Social Media & Content: Grow following of the restaurant group through creative content on our web and social media channels.
• Event Planning: Oversee signature events to make our venues stand out.
• Email Marketing: Encourage repeat visits through our CRM system.
• OKRs and Budget: Maintain budget, set and track progress against OKRs.
• Public Relations: Oversee media relations and press releases.
• Reporting: Assess each campaign to ensure a cycle of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in marketing, communications or business.
• Track record of success in a multi-outlet restaurant business.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO social media and digital advertising.
• Experience in managing teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and written English.
• Knowledge of the latest technology and trends within the industry.
• Willingness to go beyond the bounds of traditional marketing to create memorable experiences for our customers.
