Job Summary

Lead daily operations and manpower management in an F&B environment, ensuring compliance with health, hygiene, and statutory regulations while supporting sales and operational reporting to drive business efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operational tasks to maintain smooth business functions
• Manage manpower by recruiting, training, and coaching staff to optimize daily operations
• Enforce compliance with health, hygiene, tobacco, liquor, and statutory laws by identifying and rectifying non-compliance issues
• Ensure adherence to Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain operational consistency
• Document and prepare sales and operations reports accurately for submission to the Main Office
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management to support business needs
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and professional appearance to uphold company image

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to foster effective communication and teamwork
• Exhibit leadership skills to guide and motivate operational teams
• Willingness to work six days per week on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Maintain a responsible and positive working attitude
• Possess at least five years of relevant F&B industry experience, including five years in management
• Hold a minimum ‘O’ Level qualification or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Food & Beverage Service or equivalent
