MARKETING EXECUTIVEABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing projects that promote our professional training programmes and strengthen our brand presence.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects, working with different teams, and bringing creative marketing ideas to life. You will be involved in digital marketing, customer engagement, campaign execution, and project coordination while ensuring marketing activities are delivered successfully.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Manage marketing projects from planning through execution and evaluation
• Create and oversee content for social media, websites, email marketing, and promotional materials
• Coordinate with designers, trainers, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
• Manage customer enquiries and follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Maintain and update customer databases and marketing records
• Prepare marketing reports and provide recommendations for improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and customer engagement
• Support business development initiatives and other projects assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS

• Passionate about marketing and eager to grow professionally
• Strong interest in digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement
• Good project management and organisational skills
• Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Familiar with social media platforms and current marketing trends
• Able to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Relevant working experience is an added advantage.
