Job Title: Retail Hardware Store Promoter

Location: Jalan Kebun, Johan Setia Klang

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:-

1) Proactively welcome and assist customers with product recommendations.

2) Explain tool/hardware features and suggest relevant solutions.

3) Promote and sign up customers for the store’s membership & loyalty rewards program.

4) Keep store shelves organized, well-stocked, and clean.

Requirements:-

1) Prior retail or hardware store experience is highly prioritized.

2) Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude.

3) Strong communication skills and reliable attendance.

4) Basic knowledge of hardware, DIY tools, or building materials is a strong advantage.
