Job Description

• Develop and implement end to end digital transformation strategies and application projects to optimise operational processes.
• Lead IT initiatives and projects to enhance system efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in China, Singapore and Malaysia
• Monitor and analyse data to guide decision-making and improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in digital solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to enhance digital adoption across teams.
• Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for business improvement.
• Oversee vendor relationships and manage contracts for IT services and solutions.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Assistant Manager, Digital Transformation (IT) Should Have

• A strong educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Min 8 years of experience in digital transformation, IT support, development and implementation
• Hands on Experience in supporting in enterprise level applications and systems and implementing digital transformation projects
• Proficiency in managing IT systems, software, and tools.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decision-making.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
