Key Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other process improvement methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and eliminate waste.
• Monitor KPIs, evaluate performance, and recommend improvement strategies.
• Lead change management initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Train and coach employees on process improvement tools and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and PDCA methodologies.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
