Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Onboarding Manager to lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation, building strong client relationships, and delivering an exceptional onboarding experience while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process from contract signing to successful implementation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding phase.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Operations, Finance, Product, and Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Develop onboarding plans, timelines, and project milestones.
• Conduct onboarding meetings, training sessions, and product demonstrations for clients.
• Monitor onboarding progress and proactively resolve issues or risks.
• Ensure all client documentation, compliance requirements, and system configurations are completed accurately.
• Track onboarding KPIs and prepare regular status reports for management.
• Gather client feedback to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in client onboarding, account management, customer success, or project management.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Customer-centric mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
