About the Role

ALL IT Hypermarket is Malaysia's largest computer retail chain, with 14 outlets across the Klang Valley. We're looking for a fresh graduate Video & Graphic Designer to join our Creative team — someone equally comfortable behind the camera, in the edit suite, and in design software. This is a hands-on, end-to-end content role: from shooting product videos and photos, to editing engaging short-form content, to producing graphics for social media and marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

  • Shoot and edit product videos and photos for TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms
  • Edit short-form video content (CapCut or equivalent), including sound design, pacing, subtitles, and on-brand visual style
  • Design graphics for social media posts, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to bring campaign briefs to life with creative initiative
  • Stay current with content trends and suggest fresh formats/ideas for our channels
  • Maintain brand consistency across all video and graphic output


Requirements

  • Proven experience in both video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar) and graphic design (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of short-form video best practices (pacing, hooks, captions, trends)
  • Comfortable operating a camera for product shoots (photo and video)
  • A portfolio or reel demonstrating both video and design work
  • Self-driven, able to take a brief and run with creative execution independently
  • Bonus: experience with AI-powered content tools (e.g., Canva AI, CapCut AI features)


Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • Fresh graduate in graphic design or video editing
  • Portfolio of work
