Job Description & Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Repair, maintain and improve the equipment related to ion implantation/back grinding process.
• Evaluate and install ion implantation process/back grinding equipment.
• Maintain, improve and establish equipment technology for ion implantation/back grinding equipment.
• Cultivate talents for ion implantation/crystal back grinding equipment.
• Maintain and improve the production quality and production efficiency of ion implantation/crystal back grinding equipment.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in any engineering fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 year working experience in semiconductor, in Diffusion Implant module.
• Good team player.
• Highly committed with good ownership and accountability Passion for the semiconductor / manufacturing industry.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
• Willing to work on 12 hours shift
