Job Description & Requirements
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of spa rooms, facilities, and common areas
Prepare treatment rooms before and after each guest
Refill towels, amenities, and spa supplies as required
Assist guests with facility orientation and provide basic customer service
Attend to guest requests promptly and professionally
Ensure a pleasant, comfortable, and hygienic spa environment at all times
Perform any other duties assigned by the Spa Manager
