Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project budget estimation, cost planning, cash flow forecasting, and final account settlements.

• Review, negotiate and manage main contracts and subcontracts to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.

• Lead the tendering process, including preparation of Bill of Quantities (BQ), evaluation of sub-contractor quotations, and award recommendations.

• Guide, mentor, and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors (QS), ensuring quality control and timely delivery of commercial reports.

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate variation orders, claims, and disputes with clients and sub-contractors.

• Work closely with Project Managers, Directors, and external consultants to ensure projects remain commercially viable and aligned with financial targets.

• Experienced in facade works.

Job Requirements & Education

• Diploma /Degree in QS, Construction or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of construction QS experience, with a strict requirement for proven experience in facade construction or facade contracting works.

• Familiarity with Commercial and HDB contracts & tendering works is advantageous.

• Capable of autonomous work, multitasking and meeting tight deadlines.
