Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of our drone projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities by scheduling meetings, tracking milestones, managing timelines, and following up on action items to ensure timely progress
• Prepare and maintain accurate project reports and drone flight logs to support compliance with CAAS regulations
• Manage permits, insurance, and regulatory applications to ensure all drone operations meet legal requirements
• Assist in monitoring project budgets and tracking expenses to support financial oversight
• Communicate clear and timely project updates to stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment
