About the role

The Sr. Executive, Production planning is responsible in managing and optimizing Novugen Production planning and supply chain processes, ensuring timely and production planning/capacity planning. The incumbent will be well verse in areas of pharmaceutical material planning and supply chain planning.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards in all production planning activities.
• Hands-on SAP system on MM/PP Module for, Reservation, Process order.
• To familiar with CGMP requirement along with change control, deviation and Investigation process related to production planning and supply chain management.
• Efficient production scheduling to utilize maximum capacity for good occupancy as per demand.
• To understand training of self on schedule TNI.
• Proficient with Microsoft office tools i.e. Word, Excel, MS Project & PowerPoint
• Collaborate with cross function department to optimize production planning efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Learning ability on Capacity Planning
• Understanding about forecast/demand consolidation to derive production plan.
• Good communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationship internally and externally
• Follow up with QA/QC on the release of Finished Goods dispatch schedule.
• Monthly production planning signs off
• To generate monthly MIS report i.e. ex-factory sales, WIP report, Plan Vs Actual on weekly and monthly basis.
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management.
• Monitor adherence to production schedule, identify delays or bottlenecks.
• plan vs. actual performance, capacity utilization, and on-time delivery.
• Support new product introductions, technology transfers, validation batches.

About you

• 4-5 years’ related experience from Pharma, FMCG, and Healthcare industries, specifically in Material planning section and MRP.
• Possess Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient in using systems / software / tools relevant to supply chain management, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry etc
• Strong intrapreneurial skills and mindset from start up to established organization
• Versatile and resilient, ability to stay positive in ambiguous environments and work towards delivering results
