Events & Marketing Assistant -- Students and Diploma Holders Welcome

Gain hands-on experience in event planning, marketing support and on-site coordination while working on real projects with a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

Event Planning

• Support event planning from idea development to execution
• Assist with event schedules, materials and presentation decks
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams

Guest and Logistics Support

• Manage RSVPs, guest lists and attendance records
• Prepare name tags and event materials
• Support event setup and on-site operations

Post-Event Support

• Assist with event reports and feedback
• Suggest improvements for future events
• Support simple marketing and promotional activities

Requirements

• Students or diploma holders in Events, Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn
• Previous experience in events, administration or logistics is an advantage
• Willing to support evening or weekend events when required
