Playpoint Asia is seeking a proactive and passionate Assistant Manager, Business Development to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, multi-cultural environment, combining strategic business development with creative solution-building in the playground and recreational industry.

The role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the growth of Playpoint Asia’s projects across regional markets. You will work closely with clients, consultants, suppliers, design teams, and project teams to develop innovative and commercially viable solutions that meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities through market engagement and relationship building.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers across different project stages.
• Prospect and qualify leads, understand client requirements and develop tailored project solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, concept ideas and business presentations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to align solutions with client expectations, technical requirements and commercial objectives.
• Work closely with global suppliers and partners to explore product solutions, material options, technical requirements and cost-effective proposals.
• Manage sales pipeline activities, maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely follow-up of opportunities.
• Represent Playpoint Asia professionally at client meetings, industry events and business engagements.
• Support sales strategies and provide market insights to strengthen Playpoint's presence in key segments.
