Job Summary

The Business Analyst will be responsible the end-to-end business analysis function. This role requires a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision, engage stakeholders across the organization, gather and analyse business requirements, recommend solutions, and support successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple initiatives while serving as the primary point of contact for all business analysis activities.

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and business performance analyses to provide insights for management meetings and decision-making.

2. Analyze business trends, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational data to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.

3. Support annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and strategic planning activities by providing relevant analysis and business intelligence.

4. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver meaningful reporting and analytical solutions.

5. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

6. Facilitate cross-functional project meetings, track deliverables, and monitor action plans to ensure timely execution.

7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency, automation, and data accuracy.

8. Support digitalization and business transformation projects, including requirement gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), stakeholder coordination, and solution implementation.

9. Undertake ad hoc business analyses, special assignments, and strategic projects as required.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Performance Reporting.

3. Proven experience in management reporting, dashboard development, KPI analysis, and business performance reporting.

4. Knowledge of data analyst, reporting, and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other business intelligence tools.

5. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

6. Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities independently.

7. Self-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
