Location: Sungai Buloh, Selangor (HQ)
Salary: RM2,800 – RM3,300 per month (depending on experience)

Klinik Utama 24 Jam Group is seeking a proactive and well-organized Liaison Executive to manage communications and regulatory matters with government agencies, local authorities, and external stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fieldwork, documentation, and building strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with government agencies, local councils, and regulatory authorities regarding clinic licensing, permits, and compliance matters.
• Coordinate applications, renewals, and submissions for clinic operating licences and approvals.
• Follow up with relevant authorities to ensure timely processing of applications.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain regulatory documentation and records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Visit clinic branches and government offices when required.
• Assist in the setup and licensing of new clinic branches.
• Perform any other administrative or liaison duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in liaison, administration, regulatory affairs, or government relations.
• Experience dealing with local councils or government agencies is an added advantage.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel frequently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
