Clinic Assistant Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and ask about their health status to provide a positive customer experience.
• Register patients in the healthcare system, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
• Assist the attending doctor during procedures, including preparing the necessary equipment according to the type of treatment.
• Manage the dispensing of medication to patients, ensuring the doctor’s instructions are followed carefully.
• Handle panel claims, including document management and communication with relevant companies.
• Carry out marketing activities such as promoting clinic services and creating content for digital platforms.
• Perform other tasks related to the clinic’s operational needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
