Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telesales calls to promote credit cards and unsecured lending products to existing customers.

• Handle customer objections effectively and professionally.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and compliance.
• Achieve individual sales targets and performance metrics.
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with a positive and results-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Candidates with telesales, customer service, retail, banking, or sales experience will have an advantage.
