About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior 3D Designer / Art Director to join our Singapore studio. The ideal candidate brings a strong design pedigree across the MICE industry, trade show exhibitions, and a broad spectrum of experiential and event environments — paired with the leadership capability to guide creative output across both our Singapore and Kuala Lumpur teams.

This role demands an individual who balances creative excellence with structured project management — someone who can lead with vision while ensuring delivery remains on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and direct 3D design solutions across a wide range of project typologies including trade show exhibitions, corporate events, roadshows, thematic design, interior gallery installations, and national-scale megashows.
• Champion innovative, forward-thinking design approaches that elevate client expectations across diverse project formats.
• Integrate AI design tools into the creative workflow to enhance ideation, visualisation, and execution efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3–4 designers across Singapore and the KL satellite studio, providing clear creative direction and professional guidance.
• Oversee concurrent projects with strong multitasking discipline, ensuring quality and timelines are consistently upheld.
• Manage design administration responsibilities including design fee claims, project documentation, team scheduling, and workflow organisation.
• Serve as a confident and professional point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Adapt effectively to the company's culture, processes, and evolving business needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 - 8 years of professional experience in 3D design, with demonstrable expertise across the following disciplines: MICE and trade show / exhibition design / Corporate and consumer events / Roadshows and brand activations / Thematic design / Interior gallery and museum-style installations / National megashows and large-scale public events.
• Strong creative portfolio reflecting a diverse range of spatial, experiential, and event design work.
• Proven experience in an art director or senior creative leadership capacity, including direct team management.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, the Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant AI design tools.
• Excellent project and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple briefs simultaneously.
• Experienced in design administration, including documentation, fee management, and team coordination.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — professional in client-facing settings while remaining collaborative and approachable with the team.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new organisational environments and contribute positively to studio culture.
