Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sewing Machine Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality fabric air ducts using industrial sewing machines.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate industrial sewing machines to manufacture fabric air ducts according to production drawings and work instructions.

· Perform sewing, assembly and minor alterations when required.

· Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and technical specifications.

· Maintain high workmanship standards and complete assigned production targets on time.

· Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.

· Perform any other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Requirements

· Experience operating industrial sewing machines is preferred.

· Experience in sewing industrial textile or fabric products will be an advantage.

· Good sewing skills with attention to detail and product quality.

· Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual work.

· Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.

· Able to work independently as well as in a team.

· Training will be provided to candidates without relevant experience who demonstrate a positive learning attitude.

Salary & Benefits

· Basic Salary: From SGD 2,000–2,200 (depending on experience)

· Overtime pay in accordance with the Employment Act

· Gross monthly salary of up to SGD 2,500–2,700 (including overtime)

· Five-day work week

· Weekends and Public Holidays off

Working Hours

Monday to Friday：
8:30 AM – 7:30 PM (45-minute lunch break)

Normal contractual working hours are 44 hours per week. Additional working hours will be compensated in accordance with the Employment Act and company policy.
