Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate secretarial clients.
• Prepare board resolutions, shareholders' resolutions, meeting minutes and other statutory documents.
• Handle company incorporations, share transfers, changes in company particulars and other corporate exercises.
• Prepare and lodge statutory filings with ACRA.
• Maintain statutory registers and ensure compliance with the Singapore Companies Act.
• Liaise with clients, government authorities and internal stakeholders on corporate secretarial matters.
• Assist with annual compliance requirements and other statutory obligations.
• Support ad hoc corporate secretarial assignments.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law, Accountancy or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in corporate secretarial work is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA filing requirements.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
