Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day departmental operations and administrative functions
• Analyse workflows and recommend process improvements for operational efficiency
• Prepare management reports, data analysis, and business updates
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure timely execution of deliverables
• Support policy implementation and ensure compliance with internal procedures
• Handle escalations, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
• Assist Management in planning, budgeting, and operational strategies
• Mentor junior staff and provide guidance where required
• Manage confidential information and sensitive documentation professionally
• Participate in projects, audits, and company-wide initiatives

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline
• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant working experience
• Strong analytical, coordination, and organisational skills
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Mature, resourceful, and solution-oriented
