Functional Accountabilities:

Join our team and play a key role in shaping and maintaining our Global Workday Organizational structure/ Organizational Chart.


  • Manage and maintain Workday Supervisory Organizations globally, including:

- Creating, modifying, splitting, and assigning superior organizations.

- Maintaining organizational hierarchies and reporting structures.

  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure Workday organizational design aligns with business structures.
  • Provide guidance and support on organizational changes, restructures, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Support Workday security role assignments and inheritance within supervisory organizations.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve organizational structure and data-related issues.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and governance of Workday Supervisory Organization management.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, HR Services or a similar role.
  • Experience in creating and managing Supervisory Organization / Organization Chart changes is an advantage but not mandatory. (If you have relevant experience, please highlight it in your resume)
  • We welcome candidates who are eager to learn, as on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Willing to be based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (accessible by LRT).
