FACILITIES ADMINISTRATOR
Location: Petaling Jaya/Klang, Selangor | Integrated Facilities Management
MST Facilities Sdn Bhd is looking for a well-organised and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to support the management of a major IFM contract covering a major multi-tenanted warehouse and logistics portfolio in Klang.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain work orders, PM schedules, service reports and maintenance records.
  • Coordinate contractor appointments and service schedules.
  • Monitor outstanding work orders and service completion.
  • Track SLA/KPI performance and customer complaints.
  • Assist with monthly customer and management reports.
  • Maintain contractor, vendor, asset and compliance documentation.
  • Assist with quotations, purchase requisitions, POs and invoice documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, inspections and site activities.
  • Support the Facilities Manager and engineering team with administrative requirements.
  • Ensure IFM records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years' relevant administrative experience.
  • Facilities management, property, engineering or MNC experience is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good follow-up abilities.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
