Job Summary

Strategy Manager in business consulting.


Experienced Strategy Manager in shaping clients' organization's short term to long-term strategy and develop measures that realize business objectives. The role will involve leading/managing a project team which includes providing guidance in analyzing and providing solutions to business problems, as well involvement in overseeing development of the proposed solutions and finally completion of the projects. There will also be participation in executing plans to managing change impacts to our customers’ organization.


Key Responsibilities

Business


  1. Market Research - leading in gathering market information to be used for data analysis and provide analysis & conclusion for market research
  2. Provide guidance in gathering business information to be used for business process improvement analysis and provide assessment, recommendation and conclusion on the analysis.
  3. Lead and provide recommend solutions formulations based on analysis, logical thinking and problem-solving skills


Projects


  1. Manage projects and provide guidance for formulating and executing project governance, monitors and controls, as well as project tracking and execution of progress monitoring
  2. Will be project knowledge source of reference for the project team.
  3. Managing all activities within a project and stakeholders.
  4. Lead / Manage in executing plans for an organization change.
  5. Lead/ Manage in planning and executing communication, trainings, and stakeholder management.

Education

  • BAC/MSC in Computer Studies/Information Systems/Software Engineering/ Management Information or any related qualification


Work Experience

  • 8-10 years relevant experience required


Other requirements

  • Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Project will be an advantage
