The Role
Driving predictable, high-quality delivery across backend systems, you'll be responsible for:
  • Leading agile ceremonies and maintaining a healthy, consistent delivery cadence
  • Managing backlog prioritisation and ensuring sprint readiness across back-end services
  • Planning and executing phased release strategies, including Blue/Green and canary deployments
  • Tracking delivery health via key performance metrics and reporting progress to senior stakeholders
  • Coordinating across DevOps, QA, and solution design teams to enable seamless, secure releases
  • Championing continuous improvement through retrospectives and post-incident reviews
What We're Looking For
A technically fluent PM who bridges engineering and business with confidence and clarity:
  • 8+ years in software or digital product delivery, with at least 3 years in a TPM, delivery lead, or scrum master capacity
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native architecture (e.g. Kubernetes, EKS)
  • Familiarity with API management, event-driven architecture, and observability tooling
  • Comfortable working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and Jenkins
  • Agile, PMP, or DevOps certifications (e.g. CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) are a distinct advantage
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across both technical and business audiences
