Job Description
- Support the collection, validation, and analysis of data for GHG inventories, ESG reporting, and sustainability assessments.
- Assist in sustainability reporting and disclosures in accordance with relevant frameworks and standards (e.g., GRI, ISSB/IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards, CDP, and GHG Protocol).
- Research ESG, climate change, decarbonization, and GHG-related topics, and prepare technical reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
- Support the development of ESG, sustainability, climate change, and GHG-related training materials, including presentation slides, case studies, workshop activities, and supporting notes.
- Support sustainability related audit, assurance and verification activities by reviewing documentation, verifying sustainability data, conducting site assessments, preparing working papers, and assisting in the verification process in accordance with applicable sustainability assurance standards (ISSA 3000, ISSA 5000 and other related)
- Work with internal and external stakeholders and in collaboration with the different organizational entities.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate or junior professional with relevant academic background or early experience in sustainability, ESG, climate change, GHG accounting, environmental management or related fields.
- Preferably holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering,or other related disciplines.
- Good understanding of ESG, sustainability, climate change, and GHG accounting, with basic knowledge of sustainability frameworks and standards (e.g., GRI, ISSB/IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards, GHG Protocol, ISO 14064) and a willingness to continuously build technical expertise.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data, prepare calculations, and develop professional reports and presentations.
- Proactive, observant and able to identify key details, gaps or follow-up actions during project execution.
- Fast learner with strong research, analytical and writing capabilities, and able to work with minimal guidance after proper briefing.
- Able to support training content development and demonstrate confidence or potential to deliver training, workshops or awareness sessions.
- Attendance in relevant training and/or possession of certifications in IFRS S1 & S2, GHG Protocol, Climate Risk Scenario Analysis, Project Management, or other sustainability-related disciplines is an added advantage.

- Basic to good knowledge of ESG, environmental sustainability, climate change and GHG reporting concepts.
- Observant and detail-oriented, with ability to notice inconsistencies, missing information and areas requiring clarification.
- Able to work independently with minimal guidance after clear instructions, while escalating issues when necessary.
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Good command of English, written and verbal.
- Good presentation and communication skills, with ability to support training delivery and engage participants in a clear and structured manner.
