INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive, and customer-oriented students to join our team as a Marketing Assistant Intern. This internship is ideal for students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, and business operations while developing valuable communication and professional skills.

As part of our team, you will be exposed to real business operations, customer engagement activities, and sales support functions in a dynamic working environment.

• Location: Fully Work From Home
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday
• Internship Duration: Minimum 4 months (preferred)
• Allowance: RM500 / month

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
• Follow up with customers and maintain good customer relationships.
• Support sales and marketing campaigns.
• Assist in preparing reports, customer records, and data entry tasks.
• Help manage customer databases and update information accurately.
• Assist in organizing events, training sessions, and promotional activities.
• Support the team in administrative and operational tasks.
• Learn and apply customer service best practices to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

• Internship placement required by university/college.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms is an added advantage.
