KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the first point of contact for walk-in customers by providing professional, friendly, and efficient assistance while addressing inquiries in a timely manner.
• Conduct proactive follow-ups with customers through phone calls, emails, and approved messaging platforms to ensure continuous engagement and high customer satisfaction.
• Perform administrative duties, including preparing quotations, issuing receipts, processing policy documentation, and monitoring daily collections.
• Provide administrative and operational support to management while assisting with cross-departmental tasks when required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum qualification of SPM or Diploma in any field.
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles will be an added advantage.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service with professionalism and efficiency.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
• Must possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Willing to be based in Beranang, Semenyih.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
