What You'll Do:

As our Manager/Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in our success, focusing on:

Operations Management.

• Oversee day-to-day operations across the supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and order fulfilment.
• Ensure smooth inbound and outbound flow of goods from international suppliers to clients.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demands without overstocking.
• Coordinate with the sales and procurement teams for timely stock replenishment.
• Import & Distribution Coordination
• Manage and track import documentation, customs clearance processes, and regulatory compliance (e.g., Halal, HACCP, MOH).
• Build and maintain relationships with shipping agents, customs officers, and forwarding companies.
• Coordinate last-mile delivery and distribution plans to clients across various channels (retailers, marketplace etc.).
• Coordinate daily transfer of goods between production and warehouse, including raw material deliveries by the logistics team, to ensure smooth and timely operations.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure warehouse operations follow food safety and hygiene standards (GMP, FIFO/FEFO).
• Implement and maintain SOPs for quality control, storage, and handling of F&B products.

Team Leadership

• Lead and supervise warehouse, logistics, and support teams.
• Provide training, performance evaluations, and foster a productive working environment.

Cost & Process Optimization

• Identify cost-saving opportunities across operations and logistics.
• Implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on inventory status, shipment schedules, KPIs, and operational performance.
• Analyze operational bottlenecks and recommend corrective action.

Warehouse Management

• Supervise all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure optimal space utilization and maintain proper stock arrangement.
• Monitor warehouse layout, cleanliness, and organization for safety and efficiency.

Perform any other task or duties assigned by Head Of Department / Management

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
