Job Description – Sales Executive (Account Manager)

Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia (Onsite)

Working hours: 09.00am - 06.00pm (Mon - Fri)

Role Type: 1 year contract with conversion to permanent based on performance

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to drive business growth, acquire new clients, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT sales, recruitment sales, staffing solutions, or technology consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries.
• Promote IT staffing, recruitment, and technology solutions offered by the company.
• Understand client hiring and business requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Generate leads, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful client servicing.
• Maintain sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Attend industry events, networking sessions, and business meetings to expand market presence.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or IT staffing industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in B2B sales and client management is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of IT services, recruitment, or digital solutions is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
