Responsibilities:

Campaign Management & Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including eDMs, CRM and digital initiatives.
• Coordinate campaign schedules and optimize performance through A/B testing.
• Support digital content creation and social media activities.

Content Development & Brand Communications

• Develop marketing content for eDMs, websites, landing pages and promotional materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver marketing assets.

Marketing Analytics & Customer Insights

• Track campaign performance using GA4, UTM and analytics tools.
• Prepare marketing reports and maintain customer databases.
• Gather customer and market insights through surveys, interviews and visits.

Marketing Operations & Project Management

• Coordinate marketing projects with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Support customer enquiries, ad-hoc marketing initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• At least 2 years of marketing experience; fresh graduates with relevant internships or portfolios are welcome.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM or email marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication and project coordination skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Experience in B2B, industrial or manufacturing marketing is an advantage.
• Familiarity with GA4, Power BI, Looker Studio, Canva or Generative AI tools is preferred.
