Job Description

* Oversee the overall operations and management of the preschool.

* Lead, mentor, and support teaching and administrative staff to ensure high-quality education and care.

* Ensure compliance with ECDA regulations, licensing requirements, and centre policies.

* Manage curriculum implementation and maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

* Foster a positive, safe, and nurturing environment for children, staff, and families.

* Build strong relationships with parents and the community through effective communication.

* Manage enrolment, staffing, budgeting, and the day-to-day administrative functions of the centre.

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of the preschool’s programmes and services.

Requirements

* ECDA-recognised qualifications relevant to a Preschool Principal position.

* Proven experience in preschool leadership and centre management.

* Strong knowledge of preschool operations, curriculum implementation, and ECDA regulations.

* Excellent leadership, organisational, and people management skills.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Passionate about early childhood education with a high level of professionalism and responsibility.

* Relevant preschool management experience is preferred.
